The SGB series unencapsulated Class H dry-type transformers adopt the special process technology of MORA dry-type transformers (Germany), enabling the products to fully meet the requirements of fireproofing, waterproofing and environmental protection. They are ideal products for power distribution systems and are widely used in various occasions with special safety and fireproofing requirements such as subways, ships, mines, chemical industry, electric power enterprises and densely populated building complexes.
Performance Features of SG(B) Series Unencapsulated Class H Dry-Type Power Transformers
Excellent heat dissipation conditions, long thermal life and extremely strong overload capacity. It can operate at full load for a long time without forced air cooling under the conditions of 120% long-term overload and IP45 protection class.
Ultra-high safety and flame retardancy, producing no smoke when burning for a long time at a high temperature of 800℃.
Strong thermal shock resistance (capable of being immediately loaded to full capacity at -50℃).
100% waterproof and hermetic sealing, with excellent water repellency and moisture resistance.
The unique coil structure and high-field calculation ensure almost no partial discharge of the product.
Low loss and remarkable energy-saving effect. Compared with the SC9 series dry-type transformers, the no-load loss is reduced by an average of 10% and the load loss by 5%.
The insulating materials and copper wires can be easily separated and recycled after the service life, without polluting the environment.
Structural Features
Unique porcelain insulation structure with insulation cylinders and high-frequency ceramic spacers from MORA, which will never deform.
The high and low voltage coils are first made of NOMEX insulating materials, and then impregnated with specially formulated Class H insulation for many times by VIP vacuum pressure equipment. After multiple baking processes, the exterior is sealed with high-strength insulating materials and cured at high temperature. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation performance.
The iron core is laminated with imported high-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity, adopting a step-by-step 45° fully mitred structure. The windings and the iron core are fixed with elastic fixing devices, making the transformer have low no-load loss and low noise. The surface of the iron core is treated with a special process. The iron core is properly clamped by tie rods; the upper and lower clamps are connected by tie plates and fixed as a whole with the base and windings. The windings are fixed by elastic spacers, and the buffer structure can reduce the vibration intensity of the windings and lower the noise.
The lead terminals are fixed on the upper part of the windings, and the tap changers are arranged in the middle part of the windings. The low-voltage terminals are plate-type conductive bars connected by cold pressure welding.
