Photovoltaic power generation is a clean and renewable energy source that has developed rapidly both domestically and internationally. The ZGS20-Z·G series combined transformers are a proprietary product line independently developed by our company to meet the ever-growing power supply requirements of photovoltaic power generation. Building on our mature technology of 10kV and 35kV combined transformers, we developed this series after years of research and summarization, absorption and assimilation of advanced domestic and international technologies, and integration of the special requirements of photovoltaic power generation for transformers.

This product integrates the transformer, load switch and high-voltage fuse into the transformer tank, with the transformer's insulating liquid serving as the insulating and heat-dissipating medium for the entire product. It adopts a fully sealed structure: the transformer body is made of medium and thick steel plates, and the outer casing is made of galvanized steel plates or stainless steel plates. The casing undergoes shot blasting, pickling and phosphating processes, followed by separate spraying of primer, intermediate paint and topcoat. This treatment endows the surface with corrosion resistance, weather resistance and UV resistance that all exceed the performance of conventional spraying. The product also features a compact size, light weight and easy installation.

The tank is processed with special techniques and materials, boasting excellent corrosion resistance and effective protection against wind and sand erosion;

Two tank layout types are available: L-shaped and H-shaped (grid-shaped).

10kV Class Combined Transformer

It adopts the series connection of high-voltage backup current-limiting protection fuses and plug-in overload protection fuses to provide full-range protection for the transformer. The high-voltage current-limiting protection fuse acts as the short-circuit protection for the transformer, while the plug-in overload protection fuse protects American-style power transformers and other electrical equipment against overload and short-circuit currents caused by minor faults.

35kV Class Combined Transformer

It is equipped with a new type of high-voltage current-limiting fuse for full-range protection, which can reliably interrupt any fault current ranging from the current that causes melt fusing to the rated interrupting current. This fuse leverages the high interrupting capacity of current-limiting fuses and the excellent small-current protection performance of non-current-limiting fuse elements. By combining the unique advantages of the two types of fuse elements into one unit, it achieves excellent full-range interrupting characteristics.

Altitude: Not exceeding 3000 meters;

Ambient temperature range: -40°C ~ +45°C;

Outdoor wind speed: Not exceeding 30m/s;

Relative humidity: Daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%;

Installation location: Installed in areas free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration;

The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetric.
