Characteristics of the product

High and low voltage winding insulation materials is used Nomex® and many times by VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment, advanced agent-free varnish, external high-intensity H-class insulation seal and high temperature curing, operating conditions to ensure that no local discharges.

Transformer winding mechanical strength, thermal conditions are good (high and low voltage coils are used above 200℃ in long-term use of Nomex® insulation) of the continuous structure, to avoid the multi-layer cylindrical coil voltage is high, poor heat dissipation, easy to thermal breakdown and the shortcomings of low mechanical strength, thereby improving product reliability.
