GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for the power consumers of the power plant, the transformer substation, the industrial enterprises, etc whose electrical distribution system with AC 50Hz, 380V rated working voltage and 3150A rated working current, and it is used as the electric power conversion, distribution and control for the power equipment, the lighting equipment and the power distribution equipment.
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new low-voltage distribution cabinet designed by the principle of safe, economic, reasonable and reliable, and also according to the requirements of the supervisor of energy department, the general electric power users and the design department. This product has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electric schemes, convenient combination, strong series & practicability, novel structure, high degree of protection etc. So it can be used as updated products of the low-voltage switchgear equipment.
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to the standards of, 《Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies》 IEC439, 《Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies》 GB7251.1, etc.
Ordering information
1.Please provide the following parameters when ordering:
2.Full model of product (including main circuit scheme number and auxiliary electrical apparatus scheme number);
3.sequence diagram of main circuit system combination;
4.Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit;
5.List of components in cabinet;
6.Special requirements that do not conform to normal operating conditions of products.
Conditions of use
1.The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C, not lower than −5 °C. The average temperature in 24 hours is not higher than +35 °C;
2.Installation and use in the house, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;
3.The relative humidity of ambient air does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40 °C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at +20 °C), but it should be considered that the effect of condensation may accidentally occur due to the change of temperature;
4.When installing the equipment, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%;
5.The equipment should be installed in places where there is no severe vibration and shock, and where the electrical components are not sufficiently corroded;
6.Users may negotiate with the manufacturer when they have special requirements.
Installation and use
When the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the package is intact and undamaged, and notify the relevant departments to find out the causes of the problems in time. For products not installed immediately, they should be stored in appropriate places in accordance with the normal conditions of use.
Product installation
Installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation sketch. The basic channel steel and bolts are provided by the user. When the main bus is installed, the overlap surface should be repaired, cleaned, coated with neutral Vaseline or other measures, and then fastened with bolts.
After the product is installed, the following items should be inspected and tested before it is put into operation:
1.Check whether the topcoat of cabinet has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean;
2.Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible or not, there should be no stuck or excessive operating force;
3.Accuracy of change ratio and polarity between instrument indication and transformer;
4.Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications are correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate;
5.Whether the connection of the circuit meets the requirements of electrical schematic diagram;
6.Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements;
7.Measuring insulation resistance with 500 V Megohmeter should not be less than 1 megohm.
