Three-Phase Dry-Type Isolation Transformer Series

Overview

The QSG/SG series three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are a new generation of energy-saving power transformers independently developed and manufactured by our factory, with reference to international similar products and in combination with China's national conditions. Ranging from 300VA to 1600kVA, they comply with international and national standards such as IEC 439 and GB 5226. The windings are manufactured by the moldless aligned winding method; the transformers undergo vacuum paint dipping, enabling their insulation class to reach Class F or Class H, and the product performance to hit the advanced level at home and abroad.

The QSG/SG series three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are widely applicable to circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltage below 2000V, and are extensively used for imported important equipment, precision machine tools, mechanical and electronic equipment, medical equipment, rectifier devices, lighting and other applications.

Elaborate design and manufacturing can be carried out according to user requirements for various parameters of the product, including the levels of various input and output voltages, connection groups, the number and positions of regulating taps (5% by default), winding capacity distribution, configuration of secondary single-phase windings, application of rectifier circuits, and whether an enclosure is required.

Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m

Ambient medium temperature: Not lower than -25°C and not higher than +40°C; the waveforms of current and voltage are approximately sinusoidal

Locations free from rain and snow erosion, and without significant shaking or impact vibration

Mediums without explosion hazards, and free from gases and conductive dust that are sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation

Input and output voltages can be customized according to customer requirements
