YBM(P) 35kV Class High and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation for Wind Power Generation

Product Introduction

The wind power combined transformer is a special power equipment integrating step-up transformers, high-voltage current-limiting fuses, load switches, low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary supporting equipment.

The YBM(P) 35F/0.69kV high/low voltage prefabricated substation series is a product specially designed and developed by our company for wind power generation. It steps up the 0.69kV voltage generated by wind turbine generators to 35kV, and then transmits electrical energy upwards through 35kV cable lines. It is an ideal supporting equipment for wind power generation systems. Its performance fully complies with GB/T17467 High/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations. As a new type of prefabricated substation developed for the special application requirements of wind power generation, it has the advantages of high integrity, easy installation, short construction period, low operation cost, high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance. It is fully suitable for harsh natural operating environments such as beaches, grasslands and deserts, and its performance fully meets the application requirements of wind farms.

Service location: Free from conductive dust, corrosive substances harmful to metals and insulators, and flammable and explosive dangerous goods.

Product Structure and Features

Wind farms are generally built in sparsely populated areas with harsh natural conditions such as tidal flats, shallow seas, grasslands and deserts. Different anti-corrosion processes are adopted according to different service environments to ensure the service life of the prefabricated substation.

The overall layout of the compact substation is a triangular layout (shaped like the Chinese character "Pin"). It has the following advantages: compact and reasonable structure with a small external volume; convenient connection between main components with a significant reduction in the usage of copper busbars; large wiring and maintenance space for incoming and outgoing cables, facilitating assembly and maintenance. For the enclosure structure, all metal structural parts are treated with sandblasting, hot-dip galvanizing and painting, which ensures strong corrosion resistance of the equipment for use in humid and heavy salt spray environments. All door panels and enclosure panels are designed with interlayers filled with polyurethane and silicate composite thermal insulation materials, which have excellent thermal insulation performance and ensure the safe and rapid commissioning of the equipment in severe cold environments.
